Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name] (“we”, “us”) for the use of GoldenSocial Connect (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The Service

The Service lets you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp business number and X account, and brings the comments, messages, Lead Ads forms and posts that reach them, or that you save or search for, into one queue. It tags and scores leads with rules, can draft a reply with AI when you ask, and can forward new leads to a webhook you choose. The Service never sends a message to anyone on its own.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use the Service for your professional activity.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may only connect social accounts you are allowed to manage. A social account can be connected to one GoldenSocial user at a time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use the Service to harass anyone;
• break the terms and policies of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, X or any other platform you use with the Service, including their rules on messaging and automation;
• use bots, scrapers or other automation on those platforms through or alongside the Service;
• break advertising, real-estate, consumer-protection or data-protection laws that apply to you;
• try to access other users’ data or disrupt the Service.

4. Your replies and your leads

You are responsible for every message you send, including replies drafted by AI that you choose to send. Check each draft before sending. You are responsible for how you use lead data, including in your own CRM, and for having a lawful basis to contact the people concerned.

5. Your content

Your data stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and process it to run the Service for you. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on the APIs of Meta and X. They may change or limit those APIs at any time, which may change what the Service can do. We are not affiliated with Meta or X.

7. Fees

The Service is free for agents: there is no subscription, no card and no charge for using it. We pay the platform costs (such as X search and AI drafts) ourselves, and each agent has fair-use limits on them.

8. Ending your use

You can disconnect accounts or delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the platforms at risk; where reasonable we will tell you first.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. Intent tags, scores and AI drafts are aids, not advice, and may be wrong. We do not promise that any lead will become a sale, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business. [Liability cap — to be confirmed]

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you by email about important changes before they apply.
